Katelyn Markham
Katelyn Markham, a 22-year-old Graphic Design student from Fairfield, Ohio, was reported missing this past Sunday after failing to arrive for her shift at David's Bridal. She was last seen late Saturday night by her fiance John Carter. Leaving her townhouse around 11:30 PM, he received a picture message from her about an hour later. Her cell phone is a red Blackberry (pictured above) and is said to be the only thing missing from her home. The GPS in the phone has been disabled and the phone was turned off around 12:45 AM that night.
Friends and family gathered to search the half-mile radius around her home on both Monday and Tuesday. So far, no clues have been discovered to aid the police in further search locations. There are no signs of foul play and those close to her have confirmed that this is out of character for her.
Katelyn's 22nd birthday was just yesterday which was also the one-year anniversary of her engagement. She has brown hair with blonde highlights, green eyes, a weight of 130 pounds, and is 5'3" tall. She is due to graduate from The Art Institute of Ohio-Cincinnati this September with plans of moving to Colorado in November.
